Advanced Donor Management Workshop
Empowering Donation Professionals Through Advanced Clinical Training
NATCO is excited to relaunch our Advanced Donor Management Workshop, an intensive three-day hybrid learning experience built to strengthen clinical competency, critical thinking, and collaboration. By enhancing procedural skills and clinical knowledge, participants directly support improved donor management and organ utilization outcomes.
Target Audience: Experienced (2-3 years, CPTC) Organ Procurement Coordinators, OPO Clinical Specialists, and Senior Donor Management
Location: New England Donor Services

Day 1-2 HANDS-ON PROCEDURAL TRAINING: led by physicians and experienced industry professionals:
Participants will receive immersive, practical instruction in:
- Fiberoptic therapeutic Bronchoscopy
- Bronchoalveolar lavage and sampling
- Intubation Techniques:
- Fiberoptic
- Direct Laryngoscopy
- Video Laryngoscopy
- ETT Exchange
- Airway adjuncts
- Radial Arterial Line Insertion
Didactic Learning Sessions:
- Chest Radiology
- Advanced ventilator monitoring and techniques
- Hemodynamic monitoring and interventions
- Donor specific pharmacology
- Infectious diseases management
- Organ preservation techniques
Day 3 POST-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP: THORACIC GROSS DISSECTION
Learners will engage in a hands-on dissection lab led by thoracic surgeons exploring thoracic anatomy. This session will connect applied anatomy with real-world recovery scenarios to deepen understanding.
Post-conference Workshop space is limited, first-come, first-served.
