Who Should Attend?

Family Services professionals who have at least 3 years-experience in their roles interacting with donor families and hospital personnel. Hospital personnel who would like to understand the challenges that OPO professionals face when interacting with donor families to obtain authorization may also benefit from attending this intense one day program.
