NATCO is recruiting members to actively participate on transplant and procurement committees. The activities of the committees are driven by specific charges/projects identified by the Board of Directors. SimMan Facilitators

NATCO has begun offering hands-on training courses using SAM (Scientific Action Man), our human patient simulator. We need instructors who can learn how to use SAM and travel to OPOs and NATCO offerings to facilitate donor management workshops. Typical courses are one or two days in length, and at least two facilitators are needed to participate at each training course. Qualified candidates should be current NATCO members and have a minimum of three years of clinical experience in the OPO industry.  Each facilitator must possess strong clinical and public speaking skills, have the ability to be flexible and have good critical-thinking skills.
