Typical courses are one or two days in length, and at least two facilitators are needed to participate at each training course. Qualified candidates should be current NATCO members and have a minimum of three years of clinical experience in the OPO industry. Each facilitator must possess strong clinical and public speaking skills, have the ability to be flexible and have good critical-thinking skills.
